Start with one of Stubb's NEW Bar-B-Q Sauces, "Hickory Bourbon" or "Honey Pecan" and whip up a recipe that will impress! Please submit your recipe in a pork, poultry or beef category.

Grand Prize:
A trip for 2 to the Central Texas Bar-B-Q Trail & "The Big State Festival" (an outdoor music festival for 50,000 fans). Includes airfare, accomodations, rental car, VIP tickets & spending money.

First Place Prize:
$250 cash awarded in each category of beef, poultry and pork
